SHIPPING
Where we ship We ship within the United States only.
Processing time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping time Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. BetterBag+ is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping fees Discovery Pack: $15 flat
Individual subscription: $15 flat
Bundle CORE+ 1 (4 boxes): $15 flat
Bundle HUSTLE+ (8 boxes): $20 flat
Bundle SCALER+ (12 boxes): $25 flat
Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order contact us at [email protected].
Lost or stolen packages BetterBag+ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been lost in transit contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
RETURNS
Return eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
Unopened and unused. In its original condition with no damage to the box or packaging. Returned in the original packaging.
How to initiate a return Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not send your return without contacting us first.
Return shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. BetterBag+ does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund processing Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-returnable items The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
The Discovery Pack. Because the product is provided free of charge the $15 shipping fee is the only charge and is non-refundable. Any product that has been opened, used or damaged. Subscription charges for billing cycles already processed if the order has already shipped.
Opened or damaged returns Any return that arrives opened, used or damaged cannot be restocked and will be destroyed. No refund will be issued for opened or damaged returns. This policy exists because our products are used in food service environments and we cannot guarantee the hygiene integrity of any product that has been opened or handled.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a replacement.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your first subscription order contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. This applies to your first subscription order only.
